This week I'm back with another Interview! This time with my friend and colleague Celine. Celine and I have worked together for a few years now and we also live in the same town. When I first moved to the town Celine was always on hand to help me discover what the area had to offer. They were also a key factor in my first steps on the road to being healthier with running! I wanted to have a chat with Celine and understand her story, especially how she tackled the London Marathon in 2023!

Phillip Reiss: 50 Stand Up gigs and his next steps in the world of Comedy
I recently got the opportunity to interview my colleague and friend Phil, Phil has been doing Stand Up for the last year and I have always been fascinated in his journey, after seeing him already and hearing that he was going to be brave enough to do a set in front of his colleagues and even some of his own staff I jumped at the chance not only to introduce him but to be able to ask him questions that had been on my mind for some time.
Off Topic: The Battle With UK Visa Costs
It’s almost time for my wife and I to renew her Spouse Visa, two and a half years on their current visa have flown by and while we always knew the renewal was coming and have passed the process before with no issue before, we are now, much like a number of couples, faced with a much more expensive application overall that has us trying to raise our savings where we can. We both expected some form of an increase eventually, we are after all in a cost-of-living crisis and all bills seem to be on the up.

Off Topic: The Travels That Made Me: Berlin, Germany
I’d always fancied going to Germany because it’s so close to the UK and the flight is super short so I thought why not make this the first part of my trip? It’s funny really, Europe was always so close but save for a school trip to France and one trip to Disneyland Paris I had never really ventured to what was essentially on my doorstep.
